You will never see us hovering around you, trying to sell you something. That's a no-no here at the shop. To be absolutely candid, the shop custom frames a couple hundred pieces a week. We all have a job, and there's always a job we're behind on, so don't think that when we greet you and return to the framing counter that we aren't interested in you. We've just learned over the years that people, for the most part, just enjoy rifling through the print racks, and I haven't met one customer that can't ask for attention.

If you find yourself drawn to a piece of artwork while just out wandering around, jot down the name of the artist. All art print indexes are categorized by artist initially and then, if you're lucky, by title. We already get enough calls that sound like, "I'm not sure what the name of the artist is, but the picture was a park and I think there was a little girl with a dog playing in the background." Now you know why an artist's name is nice.
